I still need to look into it.

I hesitated to even post this article because I found this part to be so depressing, "Robert Baan, a cancer expert with the international cancer research agency, said it isn't clear if women who lose weight can lower their risk to the level of a woman who was never fat."

But I'd certainly rather try to get healthy than write myself off as a lost cause, right?

I'm reading The China Study right now. I just started it, and so far, it seems that the author will most likely include quite a bit of information regarding correlations between cancer and diet. So maybe I'll find more answers there. I'll keep you posted!Beetnik Mamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17833989102646394206noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4213610541542273779.post-16517286646354790392010-04-13T11:15:52.152-05:002010-04-13T11:15:52.152-05:00Thanks for posting this, Tracie. Not that it makes a differnece, we want to lose the weight anyway, but.... Do you know from anything you've read?
Just to clarify--my Bugg was not free, but the online program is free for 6 months after you but the gadget. After that it is like 10 bucks a month.Meganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08816620583592916582noreply@blogger.com
